"Picture a New World: a world where residents and
families are infused with new energy, and elders choose a new life in the home you and
your community create."

About Our Company |
 |
 |
|
 |
Action Pact, Inc. is a company of trainers, consultants and educators who assist
nursing homes and other elder care organizations in becoming resident-directed. We do
this by encouraging the development of small, familiar communities which provide more
opportunities for elders to give care, make decisions and have control over their daily
lives. We work with our clients to redesign the way the organization itself functions,
moving from traditional top-down management towards a collaborative effort of
self-governing teams. We conduct training sessions on topics including staff
empowerment, team building and more, and we also work directly with organizations to
help develop and implement their change plans. If you are interested in our services or
in hosting a workshop in your area, please email
lavrene@actionpact.com or call LaVrene at
(414)258-3649. You can also take a look at our
calendar of events for a listing of workshops.

Disclaimer |
 |
 |
|
 |
While we dislike the idea and principle of placing a "disclaimer" of any kind on the
information we provide here, we do recognize our legal and moral responsibility to remind people that culture change is a
grand journey, and not one to be embarked upon lightly. It requires careful planning, widespread commitment throughout the
organization, and the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. And, while it may not be an absolute necessity, most
homes that embark on a successful journey towards a new culture are accompanied at some point by qualified and experienced
consultants who can facilitate planning, involve staff and help avoid common pitfalls. All these things should be taken
into careful consideration before making a decision which could have a permanent and indelible impact on your home and the
people it cares for.
As far as our webstore goes, we take the utmost care to ensure that the product
information and pricing data we post on our website is accurate. However, we are all
humans here, and mistakes are occasionally made. We are not liable or responsible for
typographical or other errors in the descriptions or pricing of our products. Prices
are subject to change without notice, and Action Pact is under no obligation to honor
out-of-date pricing from old catalogs, order forms, etc.
