As you open up to deep self-awareness and grow with others, you’ll gain the knowledge needed to think through organizational change, and the skills necessary to design and facilitate change processes.
Prime yourself to choreograph and lead the “dance” of culture change. As you open up to deep self-awareness and grow with others, you’ll gain the knowledge needed to think through organizational change, and the skills necessary to design and facilitate change processes. Come empty handed, leave with a duffel bag of tools you will be proficient at using including handouts, curricula, video, DVD, textbook and music!
This intensive was designed to meet your needs whether you are knowledgeable about culture change and want to learn how to help others; or a skilled facilitator just learning the content of culture change for your changing organization. You will have the opportunity to experience the Household Model, within the training milieu and in a visit to a nearby organization (done virtually in distance learning sessions). You will learn as much from each other as from the presenters who are experts in the deep culture change and the Household Model. You will have the opportunity for new friends and a support network for the development of your facilitation skills.

Tuition
In-Person - $3200
Includes tuition, materials, videos, Resource Tools*, written recommendations, lunch each day and a casual meal on Sunday evening.
Information on reasonably-priced hotels nearby will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

Distance Learning - $2400
The Distance Learning session will be comprised of live online meetings, breakout team meetings and offline homework, spread out to make the class doable for busy leaders.
Includes tuition, session workbook, handouts, many digital resources including videos, textbook, article reprints and Resource Tools*. More information on the training content will be sent to participants prior to the session.
*Resource Tools (an online set of resources) is available for in-person and distance learning participants following course completion and certificate.
Class sizes for these sessions are limited to a small number of participants, so sign up early to guarantee yourself a spot.
Continuing Education
This educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) and approved for 24 clock hours and 24 participant hours. (This includes remote sessions.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted without question until 2 weeks before the session. There will be a $300 cancellation fee if you are a ‘no show’ or cancel in the last 14 days. However, if, at that time you wish to transfer your registration to another session, you may do so at no charge. Please let us know as early as possible so we can fill your slot.
Substitutions (sending a different person to the session in your place) are always accepted at no charge.
