A Tale of Transformation

Learn the stages of culture change from institution to home and to identify your organization’s stage in the process.

Can skilled health care be successfully provided only in an institutional environment? Across the nation, people are discovering that skilled nursing care can be provided in an environment which also offers all the comforts of home: privacy, choice, autonomy, a sense of well-being, and pleasures in daily living. Learn and work together creatively in this 1-day workshop presented by Action Pact.
